Terms of Use — ViSER-iON

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ViSER-iON (viser.ivirth.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. User Roles & Responsibilities

Seekers (Students): Must provide accurate academic information during onboarding. Responsible for using AI tools ethically for learning, not academic dishonesty.

Masters (Educators): Must ensure published content is accurate, original, and appropriate for student audiences. Masters earn reward points for published content and are responsible for session commitments.

3. AI Usage Policy

AI features are provided for educational support. Users must not attempt to misuse AI systems, generate harmful content, or use outputs for any illegal purpose. AI-generated content should be verified before academic submission.

4. Content Policy

Users may not post defamatory, obscene, harmful, or illegal content. ViSER-iON reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and suspend accounts of offending users.

5. Subscription & Payments

Subscription fees are charged as per the selected plan. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis within 7 days of payment. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be transferred.

6. Limitation of Liability

ViSER-iON and iViRTH are not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform, including AI-generated content inaccuracies. The platform is provided "as is" for educational purposes.
