ViSER-iON collects information you provide during registration (name, email, academic details), authentication data via Helix SSO or Google OAuth, learning activity data (AI conversations, quiz scores, bookmarks), and usage analytics to improve the platform.
We use your information to personalise your learning experience, power AI recommendations, enable connections with master educators, and improve platform features. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Your conversations with iON AI (powered by OpenAI GPT-4o) are processed via OpenAI's API. Conversation history is stored securely in our database to enable context-aware responses. You can delete your conversation history at any time from the chat interface.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure session management, and access controls. Your data is stored on Hostinger servers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at privacy@ivirth.in to exercise these rights. You may also delete your account and all associated data through your profile settings.
